Williston Courtyard: Easthampton, MA

After reviewing the design presented to us from a local Architect, our crews started the project by removing the existing clay paver patio in front of the entrance to this historic building at a local private school.  We provided all the excavating and site work for this project that involved using several other trades.  Brick seat walls were built and capped with large Granite coping to compliment the architecture in the building.  A radiant heating system was installed on top of the new gravel paver base to provide a safe entrance during the New England winters.  Our crews then installed the new patio using Unilock Copthorne pavers with Large granite slab inlays.  Our crews then removed about 400 linear feet of existing aged concrete walkways, then formed and poured new concrete walkways.  The project was then finished off with new plantings and sod lawn installed by the school’s grounds department.
