RJM Landscaping’s Process for Creating your Outdoor Oasis

1) Complete our Project Inquiry Form after reading these steps and requirements.

Completing and submitting this form adds you to our system and gives us valuable information about your needs and vision. Budgeted ranges in this form give us a scope of the project, and do not reflect a binding contract nor associated with any fees of the quoted project.

2) Schedule a Telephone Consultation.

Once we have received your completed Project Inquiry Form, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a telephone consultation to clarify any information from the Project Inquiry Form, further identify your needs, and answer any questions you may have on our expertise and services.

3) Schedule a Personalized, On-site Consultation with one of RJM Landscaping, Inc’s landscape design/construction experts.

One of our designers will work together with you to discuss your vision, project needs/desires, and discuss the type of services, material, and scope that are in need. This will be based on the size and type of site, budget range you indicated on form, and inspiration/ vision you have expressed. From there, we will discuss design fees, estimated project cost, rough layout, and project process/ timeline.

Before Step 4, we will ask for the following or can provide you/help with the following:

A current site plan/survey of the property
Photos of the complete property
Photos or items of inspiration to focus the project towards

4) Prepare a Full Colored Blueprint, 3D Rendering, and offer a Virtual Tour (In our showroom).

One of our expert design consultants at RJM Landscaping will work with you to create a detailed rendering which will include the specific elements chosen for the project and allow you to see your vision on a 3-D platform. We can review the 3D rendering and blueprints in our office, over the phone, or onsite.

5) Engineering the Design.

Once a design has been approved for your project with RJM Landscaping, Inc, we will check on local permits required and any/all engineering aspects and zone laws that pertain to the property/site of the project and put together an estimate/ quote for project and timeline.

6) Time to Build!

At this point, a contract is prepared and signed by all parties. We will coordinate our team of craftsmen to start the project. All deposits are required upon signing of the project documents. We will work with you through the project on timeline, needs, materials and consultation from start to finish to bring your visions to reality!
