What was done/execution of job:
- site meeting with homeowner to discuss ideas/needs
- survey and elevation measurements of the site were taken to establish how much material needed
- trees and stumps cleared
- trucking in over 2,000 cubic yards of fill material to bring up property elevations
- Raising of septic system covers and baffles. Several tree wells had to be built to prevent burying of trees to remain on property
- Goshen stone wall was constructed to retain a portion of the front yard allowing us to create access to the backyard. The wall reached 8 feet in height and utilized over 30 tons of stone to build
- 1000 yards of loam brought in to establish the finish grade
- Hydro-seeded areas to be lawn
Outcome:
Expanded their yard by 20,000 square feet to allow for room for kids to play
Easier access to the backyard
